Millions of American fans have been patiently waiting for their hero to return to the big screen and the day in finally here. “Iron Man 3” makes its way to the local cinema on Friday and it is not your normal superhero film. After a string of Marvel movies, “Iron Man 3” tones down the grandiose scale its predecessors are know for. Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark along with Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts) and Don Cheadle (Colonel James Rhodes/War Machine/ Iron Patriot). The New York Stock Exchange closed 20 points up on Thursday possibly be due to a little superhero help from Iron Man. Robert Downey Jr. had the honor of ringing the opening bell on Thursday. After amazing worldwide opening weekend earnings for “Iron Man 3”, it seems like a natural fit to have the star bring some of that magic to the Stock Exchange.
