Stan Lee cancels upcoming appearance at Denver Comic Con

 

Sad news, true believers. Stan Lee announced today that he will not be attending this year’s Denver Comic Con due to a scheduling conflict. Announced to be attending in a video played at last year’s event, many fans were excited to meet one of their heroes. As one of the cornerstones of Comic Books, Stan Lee is a living legend. The scheduling conflict sited was due to filming a cameo in an upcoming project that could not be rescheduled. Comic book creators and talent coming to Denver Comic Con 2013

The second annual Denver Comic Con is only months away. Many Denver area fans are counting down the days until they can celebrate their love of comic books and science fiction with thousands of their closest friends. Taking place at the Colorado Convention Center from May 31 – June 2, comic books artists, creators, writers and publishers from all over the world will be under one roof.
